In the history of Malawi for the first time, Lilongwe Muslim artists are about to release a nasheed titled  "Tichitepo Kanthu."

Islamic Information Kit caught up with one artist featured in the nasheed, Yusuf Abubakar who fumed on the importance of being action oriented.

"Muslims are leaders in all aspects, therefore, being a leader we need to take  actions in everything we see that we can manage  rather than to just see and watch things going worse waiting for Non- Muslims to come and bring change."

"Muslims  underestimate  ourselves which is a great disease," says Yusuf Abubaker, one of the artist based in poetry who spices up the nasheed with his stanzas.

Abubakar added that "I have no doubt, this nasheed will be loved by everyone once it reaches the market. We have gathered all great and well known artists in both poetry and nasheeds."

Tichitepo kanthu nasheed is produced by H2 Production.

Tichitepo kanthu nasheed contains twenty artists and it will be out soon together with the video

The nasheed is in a cappella version and the audio production is done.
