A Muslim youth called Issah Ibn Zuze has developed an application of the Holy Quraan translated in Chichewa.

Speaking in an exclusive interview with Islamic Information Kit , Zuze said that he came up with the idea to simplify the holy book to Malawi Muslim and to make it accessible.

"You know, some Malawi Muslim don't know Arabic and they face challenges to grasp the concept of the Holy book. With the coming of this app, Muslim in the country will be able to read it in Chichewa,"

"We are in technological time and Muslim will just install this application and start accessing the Holy Quraan as they want," He said.

He also said that it is costly for one to buy a hard copy of English-Chichewa Quraan but with the coming of this application, things are easy.

According to Zuze, the development  of the application took him one year and challenges were also their.

"I faced several challenges like lack of adequate resources such as good laptop and time but I managed  to accomplish this task" Zuze said.

So far , because of financial challenges the application is yet to be posted on Google Play Store for downloads.

You can contact Zuze on +265 884 64 12 04 to get the application and install in your phones.
